Job summary

Intuit is seeking motivated Tax Experts to join our TurboTax Retail or Flagship locations across the United States. You will provide in-person tax preparation for individuals and business entities, act as a trusted advisor, and become the local TurboTax ambassador while building long‑term client relationships.

You will collaborate with bookkeeping and payroll specialists, delivering holistic financial guidance and proactive tax planning.

Qualifications

• Strong business tax preparation experience with knowledge of federal/state returns (1065/1120-S) for many clients.
• 3 seasons of personal tax preparation experience in a tax practice or retail setting.
• General bookkeeping knowledge; willingness to upskill to QuickBooks ProAdvisor.

Responsibilities

• Provide hands-on tax advice and complete tax preparation for consumer and business clients.
• Promote Intuit ecosystem and cross-sell services like bookkeeping, payroll, and financial planning.
• Build lasting client relationships and deliver year‑round support with top-quality service.
