Intuit is seeking skilled Tax Experts to perform in-person tax preparation for individuals and small businesses at TurboTax Retail or Flagship locations across the United States. You will build lasting client relationships, offer strategic tax guidance, and promote related Intuit services while delivering top-tier customer experiences.

This role requires onsite work, strong knowledge of tax laws, and a client-centric approach to navigate complex tax scenarios and enable year-round support.

Qualifications

• 3+ years of tax preparation experience in tax practice or retail setting.
• Experience preparing tax returns for individuals and small businesses.
• Familiarity with federal and state tax law.
• Knowledge of bookkeeping basics a plus.
• Comfort working onsite at a TurboTax location, including weekends.

Responsibilities

• Provide hands-on tax advice and complete tax preparation for consumers and business clients.
• Identify deductions and provide tax planning guidance.
• Promote additional Intuit services such as bookkeeping and payroll.
• Build and maintain client relationships to drive repeat business.
• Deliver exceptional customer service in a front-facing retail environment.
