Job summary

Intuit seeks highly motivated individuals to join our team as year-round Business Tax Experts in TurboTax Retail or Flagship locations across the United States. Onsite, you provide full-service tax prep for consumer and business clients and act as their trusted advisor.

You will collaborate with bookkeeping specialists when needed, grow the local client base, and deliver proactive tax planning and a best-in-class customer experience within the Intuit ecosystem.

Qualifications

• 3+ years of business tax prep experience for federal and state returns.
• Seasonal personal tax prep experience with a high volume of returns.
• Familiarity with bookkeeping and QuickBooks ProAdvisor desirable.
• Ability to work onsite at a TurboTax store, weekends included.
• Willingness to grow local client base and use Intuit tools.

Responsibilities

• Provide hands-on tax advice and prepare tax returns for consumer and business clients.
• Develop relationships and introduce complementary Intuit services.
• Work onsite at a TurboTax Retail or Flagship location with a customer-first approach.
• Assist with bookkeeping/payroll via a supporting team when needed.
• Deliver an exceptional, proactive tax experience and guidance.
