Job summary

Intuit is seeking motivated individuals to join our TurboTax Retail or Flagship locations in the United States as year-round Business Tax Experts. You will provide hands-on tax prep for consumers and businesses, build lasting client relationships, and engage with the local community to grow TurboTax’s presence.

You will work on-site at a TurboTax Retail or Flagship location, collaborating with bookkeeping specialists and leveraging Intuit resources.

Qualifications

• 3+ years of business tax prep experience for 20+ clients per season.
• Experience preparing 1065/1120-S returns.
• Familiar with commercial tax preparation software.
• 3 seasons of personal tax prep, 30 returns/year.
• General bookkeeping knowledge required.
• Willing to upskill to QuickBooks ProAdvisor.
• Experience with business tax returns and year-round guidance.
• State licenses or certificates required or obtainable.
• Circular 230 familiarity.
• Onsite retail work, 20+ hours/week.
• Build local/online presence as TurboTax Expert.
• Bilingual English/Spanish a plus.
• Holistic tax advisory experience.
• Willing to wear TurboTax uniform.
• Front-facing retail environment experience.

Responsibilities

• Provide hands-on tax advice and complete tax prep for consumer and business clients.
• Facilitate discovery sessions to uncover deductions and plan future taxes.
• Develop deep understanding of clients' full financial picture.
• Grow TurboTax client base through community outreach and marketing support.
• Deliver exceptional customer experience both in-person and via video tools.
