Job summary

Intuit is seeking motivated individuals to join our TurboTax Retail or Flagship locations as dedicated Business Tax Experts. You will perform full-service tax preparation for consumers and business entities, while acting as the primary relationship owner and delivering tax strategy and planning guidance in a collaborative, in-store setting.

You’ll work with a team of specialists to provide bookkeeping and payroll support when needed, and you’ll help grow the local TurboTax footprint through

Qualifications

• 3+ years of recent business tax return preparation for 20+ clients per season using tax software.
• 3 seasons of personal tax preparation with 30+ returns per year in a retail or tax practice.
• Ability to understand bookkeeping and willingness to upskill in QuickBooks ProAdvisor.

Responsibilities

• Provide hands-on tax advice and complete tax preparation for TurboTax clients (consumer and business).
• Identify deductions, plan taxes, and deliver accurate solutions using government resources and team expertise.
• Build long-term client relationships and educate on related services (bookkeeping, payroll, financial planning).
• Represent TurboTax in the local community and assist in local marketing efforts.
