Job summary

Intuit is seeking highly motivated individuals to join our TurboTax Retail or Flagship locations across the United States as on-site Business Tax Experts. You will provide full-service tax preparation for consumers and business entities, serving as the primary point of contact for clients and delivering tax strategy and preparation.

You’ll work with a team of bookkeeping specialists as needed, building ongoing relationships and guiding clients through tax planning, accounting, and software

Qualifications

• 3+ years of business tax return prep (1065/1120-S) for 20+ clients per season.
• 3 seasons of personal tax prep with 30 returns/year in a practice or retail setting.
• Familiarity with bookkeeping; QuickBooks ProAdvisor a plus.
• Experience with business tax returns and year-round guidance for small businesses.
• State licenses, certificates or bonds as required.
• Familiarity with Circular 230.
• Onsite at TurboTax store, 20+ hours/week.
• Adept at building local/online presence.
• Bilingual in English/Spanish a plus.
• Experience in holistic tax advisory.
• Willing to wear TurboTax uniform.
• Willing to work in front-facing retail.

Responsibilities

• Provide tax advice and complete tax prep for consumer and business clients.
• Champion the Full Intuit Ecosystem by linking client needs to Intuit solutions.
• Build client relationships and trust for long-term engagement.
• Deliver a best-in-class customer experience via in-person and video tools.
• Represent TurboTax locally as a community ambassador and grow the client base.
• Engage with new prospects, nurture leads, and convert to long-term clients.
• Lead local marketing initiatives with TurboTax support.
