Job summary

Intuit seeks friendly, experienced Tax Experts to perform full-service tax preparation for consumers and small businesses at TurboTax Retail or Flagship locations nationwide. You will own client relationships, deliver tax strategy and preparation, and collaborate with a team of bookkeeping specialists to offer integrated services.

You will also be a proactive community ambassador, helping grow the TurboTax presence locally and online while wearing a TurboTax uniform and serving customers onsite

Qualifications

• 3+ seasons of personal tax preparation experience, with a minimum of 30 tax returns per tax year
• 3+ years of recent business tax preparation experience for 20+ clients per season
• Familiarity with Circular 230 and relevant state licenses or bonds

Responsibilities

• Provide hands-on tax advice and complete tax preparation for consumer and business clients
• Develop client relationships and deliver year-round tax planning guidance
• Promote TurboTax ecosystem and cross-sell connected services like bookkeeping and payroll
