Job summary

Intuit, Inc. is seeking motivated individuals to join TurboTax Retail or Flagship locations as dedicated Year-round Business Tax Experts.

You will provide full-service tax preparation for individuals and business entities, advise on deductions, and deliver proactive tax planning in an in-person setting. You’ll work on-site with a team, grow TurboTax client relationships, and help customers navigate tax needs while leveraging Intuit’s ecosystem of services.

Qualifications

• 3+ years of recent business tax returns for 20+ clients per season (federal & state).
• 3 seasons of personal tax prep, 30 returns/year in a tax practice or retail setting.
• General bookkeeping knowledge; willingness to upskill to QuickBooks ProAdvisor.

Responsibilities

• Provide hands-on tax advice and complete tax prep for consumer and business clients.
• Develop deep understanding of clients' financial picture to offer tailored tax solutions.
• Grow TurboTax client base and cross-sell bookkeeping, payroll, and planning services.
• Create a best-in-class customer experience in-person and via Intuit tools.
