Job summary

Intuit Inc. is seeking dedicated Tax Experts to join TurboTax Retail or Flagship locations in the United States. You will provide full-service tax preparation for consumers and business entities, advise on tax strategy, and build lasting client relationships in a storefront setting.

You’ll collaborate with bookkeeping specialists for integrated services and grow the local TurboTax presence through community engagement and marketing support.

Qualifications

• 3+ years of recent experience preparing federal and state business tax returns (1065 and/or 1120-S) for at least 20 clients per season.
• 3 seasons of personal tax preparation experience, with a minimum of 30 tax returns per tax year.
• General knowledge/understanding of bookkeeping; willing to upskill to QuickBooks ProAdvisor.
• Experience preparing Business Tax returns and providing year-round tax guidance for small businesses.

Responsibilities

• Provide hands-on tax advice and complete tax preparation for TurboTax consumer and business clients, handling simple to complex tax situations.
• Develop relationships and guidance across Intuit solutions such as bookkeeping, payroll, and financial planning.
• Build relationships and ensure clients leave with a clearer path and ongoing support.
• Deliver a best-in-class customer experience in-person and via Intuit video tools.
• Be a proactive community ambassador and engage in local marketing.
• Engage with new prospects and convert them into long-term clients for TurboTax.
• Lead and participate in local marketing efforts with TurboTax.
