Job summary

Intuit is seeking dedicated TurboTax Retail Experts to serve customers in on-site locations nationwide. You will provide full service tax return preparation, tax advice, and software support while building relationships in your local community.

You’ll collaborate with TurboTax marketing and resources to attract new clients and grow your local clientele, delivering outstanding customer experiences in a front-facing retail environment.

Qualifications

• Active, unrestricted EA, CPA, or attorney license required.
• PTIN active per IRS requirements to file taxes.
• State licenses/certifications may be required.
• Minimum 3 years of paid tax return preparation (30+ returns per season).
• Familiarity with Circular 230 preferred.
• Onsite work at TurboTax Retail/Flagship location; 20+ hours/week.

Responsibilities

• Provide hands-on tax advice and complete tax preparation for TurboTax customers.
• Conduct discovery sessions and tax reviews to optimize deductions and refunds.
• Deliver accurate tax solutions using government resources and team support.
