Job summary

Intuit, Inc. is hiring TurboTax - Retail Experts to work on-site at TurboTax Retail or Flagship locations across the United States. You will prepare tax returns, offer tax advice, and help customers use TurboTax products while building local client relationships.

You will act as a community ambassador, drive local marketing efforts, and provide a high-quality, personal service experience in a front-facing retail environment.

Qualifications

• Active, unrestricted EA, CPA, or attorney license with strong tax preparation experience.
• Must have or be able to obtain PTIN to file taxes.
• Must be onsite at a TurboTax location in the United States; weekends/hours may vary.
• Experience in tax advisory beyond basic filing is a plus.
• Bilingual English/Spanish is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Provide hands-on tax preparation services for TurboTax customers, from simple to complex returns.
• Conduct discovery sessions and tax reviews to optimize deductions and refunds.
• Deliver exceptional customer experiences and build long-term relationships in-store.
