Intuit, Inc. is seeking TurboTax Retail Experts to work on-site at TurboTax Retail or Flagship locations across the United States. You will provide hands-on tax preparation, expert tax advice, and personalized service to clients in a retail setting.

You will grow TurboTax’s client base in the local community, establish long-term relationships, and collaborate with marketing support and software tools to build a thriving business while delivering outstanding customer service.

Qualifications

• Active, unrestricted EA, CPA, or attorney license required.
• Active PTIN required to file taxes.
• Must possess or obtain state licenses, certificates, permits, or bonds.
• Minimum 3 years of paid experience filing 30+ federal and state 1040 tax returns per season.

Responsabilités

• Provide hands-on tax advice and complete preparation services for TurboTax customers.
• Conduct discovery sessions and tax reviews to maximize deductions and refunds.
• Deliver best-in-class customer experience and build long-term client relationships.
