Intuit, Inc. is hiring TurboTax Retail Experts to serve customers on-site at TurboTax Retail or Flagship locations across the United States.

You will provide full tax return preparation, tax advice, and software support in a friendly, accessible manner, while growing the local client base and community presence. You will work in-person with customers, leveraging marketing support to build lasting relationships and drive loyalty.

Qualifications

• Active, unrestricted EA, CPA, or attorney license with strong tax preparation experience.
• PTIN as required by law to file taxes.
• Must possess or be able to obtain related state licenses/certificates.
• Minimum of 3 years of paid experience filing 30+ federal/state returns per season.

Responsibilities

• Provide hands-on tax preparation and advice for TurboTax customers, handling simple to complex scenarios.
• Conduct discovery sessions and reviews to optimize deductions and refunds.
• Deliver exceptional customer experience and build long-term client relationships.
