You will act as a trusted advisor, building local client relationships and delivering personalized tax solutions. The role emphasizes community engagement, proactive marketing, and exceptional service, with opportunities to grow your TurboTax practice within the local market.

Qualifikationen

• Active, unrestricted EA, CPA, or attorney license with tax prep experience preferred.
• Minimum of 3 years of paid experience filing 30+ federal and state individual 1040 tax returns per tax season using professional tax preparation software.
• Must be onsite at a TurboTax retail or flagship location, Sunday through Saturday, for a minimum of 20 hours per week.

• Be a proactive community ambassador for TurboTax locally.
• Provide hands-on tax advice and complete returns for TurboTax customers.
• Grow TurboTax’s client base within the local community and establish long-term relationships.
• Deliver best-in-class customer experience and resolve client inquiries.
