Job summary

Intuit, Inc. is seeking experienced TurboTax Retail Experts to work on-site at TurboTax Retail or Flagship locations across the United States.

You will provide in-person tax return preparation, advice, and software support to customers, using your tax knowledge to optimize deductions and refunds while building long-term relationships in the local community. The role emphasizes outreach, client growth, and delivering a best-in-class customer experience.

Qualifications

• Active, unrestricted EA, CPA, or attorney license.
• Minimum of 3 years of paid experience filing 30+ federal and state individual 1040 tax returns per tax season using professional tax software.
• Must be willing to work onsite at a TurboTax retail or flagship location, Sunday through Saturday, for a minimum of 20 hours per week.

Responsibilities

• Provide hands-on tax advice and complete preparation services for TurboTax customers.
• Deliver accurate tax solutions and tax reviews using available resources.
• Grow TurboTax client base through local community engagement and marketing efforts.
