Job summary

Intuit seeks a TurboTax - Retail Expert to work on-site at a TurboTax Retail or Flagship location in the United States. You will provide full-service tax preparation and tax advice, leveraging local marketing support to build a thriving client base and lasting relationships with clients and the community.

The role requires active EA/CPA/attorney license or eligibility, PTIN, and at least 3 years of tax prep experience with professional software.

Qualifications

• Active, unrestricted EA, CPA, or attorney license preferred.
• Minimum of 3 years of paid experience filing 30+ federal/state tax returns per season using professional software.
• PTIN required by law to file taxes.
• Must reside within the United States and be able to work onsite.
• Onsite availability of 20 hours per week, Sunday through Saturday.

Responsibilities

• Provide hands-on tax advice and complete preparation services for TurboTax customers.
• Grow TurboTax client base and cultivate long-term relationships in the local community.
• Deliver exceptional customer experiences and assist clients in navigating tax challenges.
