Intuit seeks year-round TurboTax Retail Experts to provide in-person tax preparation and advisory services at a TurboTax Retail or Flagship location in the United States. You will help clients navigate tax needs and grow the local customer base while delivering a best-in-class experience.

The role requires active EA/CPA/attorney licensing, at least 3 years of returns experience, onsite availability, and a readiness to wear a TurboTax uniform in a front-facing retail environment.

Qualificações

• Active, unrestricted EA, CPA, or attorney license with strong tax preparation experience.
• Must possess or be able to obtain any related State licenses, certificates, permits, or bonds.
• Minimum of 3 years of paid experience filing 30 or more federal and state individual 1040 tax returns per tax season using professional tax preparation software.
• Familiarity with Circular 230.
• Must be willing to work onsite at a TurboTax retail or flagship location, Sunday through Saturday, for a minimum of 20 hours per week.
• Must be willing to wear a TurboTax uniform and work in a front-facing retail environment.
• Bilingual (English/Spanish) communication skills are a plus.

Responsabilidades

• Grow TurboTax client base within the local community and establish long-term relationships.
• Lead local marketing efforts with TurboTax support to make taxes accessible.
• Assist customers with complex tax situations and provide planning guidance.
