Job summary

Intuit is seeking dedicated year-round TurboTax Retail Experts to work onsite at TurboTax Retail or Flagship locations across the United States. You will provide full service tax return preparation, tax advice, and software support for in-person customers while building a local client base and strong community relationships.

As a trusted TurboTax Expert, you will empower clients, connect with their unique situations, and leverage marketing and software resources to grow your local business.

Qualifications

• Active, unrestricted EA, CPA, or attorney license preferred.
• Must possess or be able to obtain PTIN to file taxes.
• Must be comfortable working onsite at a TurboTax location, 20+ hours per week.
• Must reside within the United States.

Responsibilities

• Represent TurboTax locally as a trusted ambassador and face of TurboTax in the community.
• Provide hands-on tax preparation, tax advice, and software support for customers.
• Grow TurboTax client base through local outreach and long-term relationships.
• Deliver an exceptional customer experience and help clients reach financial goals.
