Job summary

Intuit, Inc. is seeking year‑round TurboTax Retail Experts to work onsite at TurboTax Retail or Flagship locations across the United States.

You will provide full service tax return preparation, expert tax advice, and software support to customers in person, while building your local client base. You’ll act as a community ambassador, delivering approachable tax guidance and leveraging marketing resources to grow TurboTax’s presence.

Qualifications

• Must have 3+ years of paid experience filing 30+ federal and state 1040 returns per tax season using professional tax software.
• Active EA/CPA/attorney license with PTIN.
• Onsite availability for 20+ hours per week including Sundays.
• Willing to wear TurboTax uniform and work in front-facing retail.

Responsibilities

• Provide full-service tax return preparation and tax advice for TurboTax customers.
• Perform tax calculations and software/product support.
• Engage with local community to attract and grow client base.
• Represent TurboTax as a community ambassador.
