Job summary

Intuit, Inc. in the United States seeks TurboTax Retail Experts to work on-site at a TurboTax Retail or Flagship location.

You will provide hands-on tax preparation, expert advice, and software support to in-person customers, guiding them through tax challenges with clear, personalized explanations. You’ll build your local client base, partner with marketing teams, and help grow TurboTax’s presence in the community.

Qualifications

• Active, unrestricted EA, CPA, or attorney license with tax preparation experience.
• Must have PTIN to file taxes.
• Must hold or obtain state licenses, certificates, permits, or bonds.
• Minimum 3 years of filing 30+ federal and state individual 1040 tax returns per tax season using professional software.
• Familiarity with Circular 230.
• Must be able to work onsite a TurboTax location, 20+ hours/week, including weekends.
• Bilingual English/Spanish a plus.
• Willing to wear a TurboTax uniform.
• Experience in holistic tax advisory services preferred.

Responsibilities

• Give hands-on tax advice and complete preparation services for TurboTax customers, handling simple to complex tax situations.
• Facilitate discovery sessions and tax reviews to uncover deductions, minimize liabilities, maximize refunds, and provide future planning advice.
• Use government sources, professional tools, and team expertise to deliver accurate tax solutions in everyday language.
