Intuit, Inc. is hiring year-round TurboTax Retail Experts to join on-site teams at TurboTax Retail or Flagship locations across the United States.

You will provide full-service tax return preparation, tax advice, and software support to in-person customers with a strong focus on customer care and accuracy. As a proactive community ambassador, you will grow the local client base, collaborate with marketing, and build lasting relationships while helping clients maximize refunds and plan for future

Qualifications

• Active, unrestricted EA/CPA/attorney license.
• Minimum 3 years tax experience with 30+ returns filed.
• Willing to work onsite, 20+ hours/week, weekends included.

Responsibilities

• Be a proactive community ambassador and local face of TurboTax.
• Provide hands-on tax advice and complete tax returns.
• Deliver excellent customer experiences and build client relationships.
