Job summary

Intuit Inc. is seeking TurboTax Retail Experts to work on-site at TurboTax Retail or Flagship locations across the United States.

You will provide in-person tax return preparation and expert tax advice to customers, while growing the local client base and building long-term relationships within the community. As a trusted advisor, you will leverage tax software and TurboTax marketing support to deliver accurate solutions in everyday language.

Qualifications

• Active, unrestricted EA, CPA, or attorney license required.
• PTIN required to file taxes.
• 3+ years of paid experience filing 30+ federal/state returns per tax season.

Responsibilities

• Provide hands-on tax advice and complete tax return preparation for customers.
• Conduct discovery sessions to maximize deductions and refunds.
• Deliver personalized tax solutions using government guides and professional tools.
• Build long-term client relationships through excellent service and follow-up.
