Intuit, Inc. in the United States seeks TurboTax Retail Experts to assist customers at on-site TurboTax Retail or Flagship locations, providing tax return preparation, advice, and software support.

You will work in-person with clients, help grow the local TurboTax client base, and deliver a best-in-class customer experience while engaging with the community and using marketing support to expand your practice.

Qualifications

• Active EA/CPA/attorney license required.
• PTIN is required by law to file taxes.
• 3+ years of paid experience filing 30+ federal/state individual 1040 tax returns per tax season using professional tax software.

Responsibilities

• Provide hands-on tax return prep and advice for TurboTax customers.
• Assist customers in-person at TurboTax Retail/Flagship locations, delivering accurate tax solutions.
• Grow local client base and referrals through community engagement and targeted outreach.
