Job summary

Intuit, Inc. is seeking TurboTax Retail Experts to assist customers at on-site TurboTax Retail or Flagship locations across the United States.

You will provide hands-on tax preparation, expert advice, and social engagement to attract and retain clients in your local community. You will be a trusted advisor delivering accurate tax solutions, leveraging tax software and customer relationships while representing TurboTax in a welcoming, front-facing retail environment.

Qualifications

• Active, unrestricted EA, CPA, or attorney license required.
• PTIN required for filing taxes.
• Minimum of 3 years of paid experience filing 30+ federal and state returns.
• Familiarity with Circular 230.
• Willing to work onsite at a TurboTax location, 20 hours per week minimum.
• Must be comfortable in a front-facing retail environment.
• Residence within the United States.
• Willing to wear a TurboTax uniform.

Responsibilities

• Provide hands-on tax advice and full preparation services for TurboTax customers, handling simple to complex situations.
• Conduct discovery sessions and reviews to uncover deductions and plan for the future.
• Deliver exceptional customer experiences, building trust and turning one-time clients into long-term relationships.
• Collaborate with local marketing efforts to grow TurboTax client base in the community.
