Job summary

Intuit seeks motivated individuals to join our TurboTax Retail team as Retail Experts, serving customers in-person at TurboTax locations across the United States. You will leverage tax knowledge to prepare returns, offer tax advice, and support software use while developing local client relationships.

This role emphasizes on-site presence, community outreach, and a commitment to helping customers achieve positive financial outcomes.

Qualifications

• Active, unrestricted EA, CPA, or attorney license is required.
• Active PTIN as required by law to file taxes.
• Must possess or obtain state licenses, certificates, permits, or bonds.
• Minimum of 3 years of paid experience filing 30+ federal/state individual 1040 returns per tax season using professional tax software.
• Familiarity with Circular 230.
• Must work onsite at a TurboTax retail/flagship location, 20+ hours/week.
• Willingness to wear a TurboTax uniform and work in front-facing retail environment.

Responsibilities

• Be a proactive community ambassador, representing TurboTax locally and building client relationships.
• Provide hands-on tax advice and complete tax returns for customers, handling simple to complex situations.
• Deliver an exceptional customer experience through professionalism and a focus on financial goals.
