Job summary

Intuit is seeking energetic individuals to join our TurboTax Retail team as on-site Retail Experts. You will assist customers with in-person tax preparation, provide tailored tax advice, and help grow the local TurboTax client base in your community.

You will work at a TurboTax Retail or Flagship location, collaborating with financial experts to deliver accurate tax solutions and exceptional service. This role emphasizes client relationships and community engagement, requiring 20 hours per week

Qualifications

• Active, unrestricted EA, CPA, or attorney license.
• PTIN required to file taxes.
• Must possess or obtain related State licenses, certificates, permits, or bonds.
• Minimum of 3 years of paid experience filing 30+ federal and state 1040 tax returns per tax season using professional tax preparation software.
• Familiarity with Circular 230.
• Must be comfortable working onsite at a TurboTax retail or flagship location, Sunday through Saturday, for a minimum of 20 hours per week.
• Must wear a TurboTax uniform.
• Must be willing to work in a front facing retail environment.
• Bilingual English/Spanish communication skills are a plus.
• Experience in holistic tax advisory services beyond tax filing.

Responsibilities

• Be a proactive community ambassador, representing TurboTax locally and engaging with prospects.
• Provide hands-on tax advice and complete preparation services for TurboTax customers, including deductions optimization and tax planning.
• Deliver an exceptional customer experience by maintaining professionalism and helping clients achieve financial goals.
