Job summary

Intuit Inc. is seeking a TurboTax Retail Expert to work on-site at a TurboTax Retail or Flagship location, serving in-person customers with comprehensive tax preparation, tax advice, and software support.

You will grow the local client base, build lasting relationships, and collaborate with marketing support to promote TurboTax services in the community. Role requires on-site presence and a commitment to customer service excellence.

Qualifications

• Active, unrestricted EA, CPA, or attorney license preferred.
• Have an active PTIN as required by law to file taxes.
• Must possess or obtain state licenses, certificates, permits, or bonds.
• Minimum of 3 years of paid experience filing 30+ federal and state 1040 tax returns per season.
• Familiarity with Circular 230.
• Must work onsite at a TurboTax location, Sunday through Saturday, for at least 20 hours/week.
• Willing to wear a TurboTax uniform and work in a front-facing retail environment.
• Bilingual English/Spanish is a plus; experience in holistic tax advisory is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Provide hands-on tax advice and complete tax preparation services for TurboTax customers.
• Assist with tax planning and revenue growth through community outreach.
• Deliver excellent customer experiences in a fast-paced retail setting.
