Job summary

Intuit Inc. seeks TurboTax Retail Experts to assist customers on-site at TurboTax Retail or Flagship locations across the United States.

You will provide full-service tax preparation, tax advice, and software support while building local relationships and driving client growth in the community. You will work in person with a team of tax professionals, leveraging marketing support and TurboTax tools to deliver personalized tax solutions in accessible language, while offering excellent customer

Qualifications

• Active, unrestricted EA, CPA, or attorney license with strong tax preparation experience.
• Active PTIN required to file taxes.
• Must possess or obtain related state licenses, permits, or bonds.
• Minimum 3 years of paid experience filing 30+ federal/state 1040 returns per season.
• Familiarity with Circular 230.
• Willing to work onsite at a TurboTax retail/flagship location, 20+ hours/week.
• Interest in building local and online presence as a TurboTax Expert.
• Bilingual English/Spanish is a plus.
• Experience in holistic tax advisory beyond filing.
• Willing to wear a TurboTax uniform and work in a front-facing retail environment.

Responsibilities

• Provide hands-on tax advice and complete preparation services for TurboTax customers.
• Conduct discovery sessions and tax reviews to uncover deductions and plan for future taxes.
• Deliver accurate tax solutions using government resources and team expertise.
• Create an exceptional customer experience through professionalism and genuine help.
• Build a local client base and nurture relationships with community marketing efforts.
• Interact with customers in-person and via Intuit video tools as needed.
