Key duties include engaging with local communities, growing client base, and delivering exceptional customer experience while representing the TurboTax brand in a professional retail setting.

Qualifications

• Licensed tax professionals with experience in tax preparation and advice.
• Ability to explain tax concepts in clear, everyday language.
• Comfort working in a front-facing retail environment.

Responsibilities

• Provide hands-on tax return preparation and tax advice for TurboTax customers.
• Conduct discovery sessions to identify deductions and plan future tax strategy.
• Deliver excellent customer service and build long-term client relationships.
