Job summary

Intuit is hiring TurboTax Retail Experts to work onsite at a TurboTax Retail or Flagship location in the United States. You will prepare taxes, advise on tax planning, and help clients navigate complex situations using TurboTax software, while building relationships in the local community.

You will serve as a trusted advisor, grow the client base, and participate in marketing efforts. Must be experienced tax professionals with active licenses and able to work weekends and wear the TurboTax

Qualifications

• Active, unrestricted EA, CPA, or attorney license with strong tax preparation experience.
• Active PTIN as required by law to file taxes.
• Must possess or be able to obtain related state licenses, certificates, permits, or bonds.
• Minimum of 3 years of paid experience filing 30+ federal and state 1040 tax returns per tax season using professional tax preparation software.
• Familiarity with Circular 230.
• Comfortable working onsite at a TurboTax retail or flagship location, Sundays-Saturdays, for at least 20 hours/week.
• Willing to wear a TurboTax uniform and work in a front-facing retail environment.

Responsibilities

• Provide hands-on tax return preparation, tax advice, calculations, and software/product support for TurboTax customers.
• Conduct discovery sessions and tax reviews to uncover deductions, minimize liabilities, maximize refunds, and offer future tax planning advice.
• Deliver exceptional customer experiences through professionalism and a client-focused approach.
