Job summary

Intuit's TurboTax Retail team seeks dedicated year-round Retail Experts to assist in-person customers at TurboTax Retail or Flagship locations across the United States. You will provide full-service tax preparation, expert advice, and support using TurboTax software, while building local relationships and driving customer loyalty.

This on-site role emphasizes community engagement, marketing collaboration, and delivering an exceptional client experience in a fast-moving retail environment.

Qualifications

• Active, unrestricted EA, CPA, or attorney license preferred.
• Minimum 3 years of paid tax return preparation experience (federal and state 1040).
• Ability to work onsite at TurboTax locations, Sunday–Saturday, 20+ hours/week.
• Familiarity with Circular 230 is a plus.
• Willingness to wear a TurboTax uniform and engage in local marketing activities.

Responsibilities

• Proactively represent TurboTax in the local community and convert prospects into clients.
• Provide hands-on tax advice and complete tax returns for TurboTax customers, including complex scenarios.
• Deliver excellent customer service and build long-term client relationships both in-person and via TurboTax tools.
