Job summary

Intuit seeks year-round TurboTax Retail Experts to serve in-person at TurboTax Retail or Flagship locations in the United States. You will provide full-service tax return preparation, tax advice, and software support to customers on-site, building relationships and growing the local client base.

The role emphasizes entrepreneurship, community engagement, and delivering a best-in-class customer experience, with marketing and product resources to support success.

Qualifications

• Active EA, CPA, or attorney license required with strong tax preparation experience.
• PTIN required to file taxes.
• Must possess or obtain relevant State licenses, certificates, permits, or bonds.
• Minimum of 3 years of paid experience filing 30+ federal and state individual 1040 tax returns per tax season with professional software.
• Familiarity with Circular 230.
• Must be onsite at a TurboTax retail or flagship location, Sunday–Saturday, minimum 20 hours/week.
• Willingness to wear a TurboTax uniform and work in a front-facing retail environment.

Responsibilities

• Provide hands-on tax advice and complete preparation services for TurboTax customers.
• Conduct discovery sessions and tax reviews to uncover deductions and plan future taxes.
• Deliver exceptional customer service and help clients achieve financial goals.
• Grow TurboTax client base in local community and through marketing support.
