Intuit, Inc. is seeking TurboTax Retail Experts to assist customers at TurboTax Retail or Flagship locations across the United States.

You will provide hands-on tax preparation, advice, and software support in-person, helping clients navigate complex scenarios with empathy and accuracy. As a trusted advisor, you’ll grow the local TurboTax client base, participate in community outreach, and collaborate with marketing and product teams to deliver an outstanding customer experience.

Formación

• Active, unrestricted EA, CPA, or attorney license with strong tax preparation experience.
• PTIN required to file taxes; must maintain active status as required by law.
• Must have or be able to obtain state licenses, certificates, permits or bonds.

Responsabilidades

• Provide hands-on tax advice and complete preparation for TurboTax customers, from simple to complex returns.
• Conduct discovery sessions and tax reviews to maximize deductions and refunds.
• Deliver accurate tax solutions using government resources, professional tools and team expertise.
• Create an exceptional customer experience through professionalism and genuine helpfulness.
• Build local client relationships and expand TurboTax client base in the community.
