Intuit, Inc. is hiring TurboTax - Retail Experts to assist customers in-person at a TurboTax Retail or Flagship location across the United States.

You will provide full tax return preparation, tax advice, and product support, serving as a trusted advisor to help clients navigate their tax needs. You’ll grow the local client base, participate in community outreach, and leverage TurboTax tools and marketing support to build long-term relationships while delivering outstanding customer experiences

Formación

• Active, unrestricted EA, CPA, or attorney license with strong tax preparation experience and knowledge of tax law preferred.
• Active PTIN required by law to file taxes.
• Must possess or be able to obtain related State licenses, certificates, permits, or bonds.
• Minimum of 3 years of paid experience filing 30+ federal and state 1040 tax returns per tax season using professional tax software.
• Familiarity with Circular 230.
• Comfortable working onsite at a TurboTax retail or flagship location, Sundays through Saturdays, for at least 20 hours per week.
• Interest in building a local and online social presence as a TurboTax Expert.
• Experience in holistic tax advisory services beyond tax filing.
• Willing to wear a TurboTax uniform and work in a front-facing retail environment.

Responsabilidades

• Give hands-on tax advice and complete preparation services for TurboTax customers, handling simple to complex situations (personal and business income, deductions, amendments).
• Facilitate discovery sessions and reviews to uncover deductions, minimize taxes, maximize refunds, and provide future tax planning advice.
• Use government sites, professional tools, and team expertise to deliver accurate tax solutions in everyday language.
• Create an exceptional customer experience through professionalism and genuine interest in helping clients reach financial goals.
• Connect with clients to build long-term trust and convert transactions into multi-year relationships.
• Interact with customers in-person and via Intuit video tools; address inquiries while helping with tax-related challenges.
