Job summary

Intuit, Inc. seeks TurboTax Retail Experts to assist customers in person at TurboTax Retail or Flagship locations nationwide. The role combines tax expertise with community engagement and local business development.

You will provide full-service tax return preparation, tax advice, and software support, while building long-term client relationships and supporting marketing efforts. Position is on-site and non-exempt with at least 20 hours/week.

Qualifications

• Active, unrestricted EA, CPA, or attorney license with deep tax knowledge.
• PTIN required to file taxes.
• Must be able to obtain state licenses, certificates, permits, or bonds.
• Minimum of 3 years of paid experience filing 30+ federal/state returns per season.
• Familiarity with Circular 230.
• Comfortable working onsite at a TurboTax location, Sunday–Saturday, for at least 20 hours/week.
• Interest in building a local and online presence as a TurboTax Expert.

Responsibilities

• Be a proactive community ambassador and public face of TurboTax locally.
• Provide hands-on tax advice and complete preparation services for TurboTax customers.
• Deliver a best-in-class customer experience and help grow client relationships.
