Intuit, Inc. seeks energetic TurboTax Retail Experts to join on-site teams at TurboTax Retail or Flagship locations across the United States. You’ll provide full-service tax return prep, tax advice, and software support while engaging with customers in a local community setting.

You’ll serve as a trusted advisor, grow the client base through outreach, and deliver a best-in-class experience. This non-exempt, front-facing retail role requires US residency and a willingness to work in-person.

Qualifications

• Active, unrestricted EA, CPA, or attorney license.
• Must have or obtain PTIN to file taxes.
• Minimum of 3 years of paid experience filing 30+ federal and state 1040 tax returns per season.
• Comfortable working onsite at a TurboTax retail or flagship location.
• Bilingual English/Spanish is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Be the local TurboTax ambassador in the community, building trust and referrals.
• Provide hands-on tax advice and complete tax return preparation for customers.
• Lead outreach and marketing efforts to grow local client base with TurboTax support.
• Deliver an exceptional customer experience through professionalism and empathy.
