Intuit, Inc. is seeking dedicated year-round TurboTax Retail Experts to work on-site at TurboTax Retail or Flagship locations across the United States.

You will provide hands-on tax return preparation, expert advice, and software support to in-person customers, while growing the local client base and delivering a best-in-class experience in a retail environment. You will work onsite, stay current with tax rules, and help customers navigate complex situations, including personal and business

Qualifications

• Active, unrestricted EA, CPA, or attorney license with deep tax preparation knowledge preferred.
• Active PTIN required to file taxes.
• Must have or be able to obtain related state licenses, certificates, permits, or bonds.
• Minimum of 3 years of paid experience filing 30+ federal and state individual 1040 tax returns per tax season using professional tax preparation software.
• Familiarity with Circular 230.
• Must reside within the United States.

Responsabilités

• Provide hands-on tax advice and complete preparation services for TurboTax customers (personal and business returns, deductions optimization, amendments).
• Conduct discovery sessions and tax reviews to uncover deductions and maximize refunds.
• Deliver accurate tax solutions using government resources, professional tools, and team expertise.
• Create an exceptional customer experience with professionalism and a focus on long-term relationships.
• Engage with local community to grow TurboTax client base and participate in marketing efforts.
