Job summary

Intuit is seeking year-round TurboTax Retail Experts to join our on-site teams at TurboTax Retail or Flagship locations across the United States. You will provide in-person tax return preparation, expert advice, and software support to help customers achieve favorable outcomes while building lasting client relationships.

As a trusted local ambassador, you will engage with the community, participate in local marketing efforts, and grow your client base with the support of TurboTax resources.

Qualifications

• Active, unrestricted EA, CPA, or attorney license preferred.
• PTIN required to file taxes.
• Must be able to work onsite at a TurboTax location, Sunday through Saturday, 20+ hours/week.

Responsibilities

• Provide hands-on tax return preparation and tax advice for TurboTax customers.
• Assist with tax planning and deductions optimization.
• Deliver excellent customer service and build long-term client relationships.
