Job summary

Intuit, Inc. is hiring TurboTax - Retail Experts to work onsite at TurboTax Retail or Flagship locations across the United States. You will deliver hands-on tax preparation, tax advice, and software support while building relationships within the local community.

Ideal candidates have active EA/CPA or attorney licenses, a valid PTIN, and at least 3 years of tax preparation experience using professional software. Bilingual EN/ES is a plus.

Qualifications

• Active, unrestricted EA, CPA, or attorney license with strong tax preparation experience with deep knowledge of tax law preferred.
• Have an active Preparer Tax Identification Number (PTIN) as required by law to file taxes.
• Must possess or be able to obtain any related State licenses, certificates, permits, or bonds.
• Minimum of 3 years of paid experience filing 30 or more federal and state individual 1040 tax returns per tax season using professional tax preparation software.
• Familiarity with Circular 230.
• Must be willing to work onsite at a TurboTax retail or flagship location, Sunday through Saturday, for a minimum of 20 hours per week.

Responsibilities

• Be a proactive community ambassador, representing TurboTax locally and engaging with new prospects to convert them into long-term clients.
• Provide hands-on tax advice and complete preparation services for TurboTax customers, handling simple to complex tax situations.
• Deliver a best-in-class customer experience through professionalism, empathy, and clear communication, supporting clients' financial goals.
