Job summary

Intuit, Inc. seeks a TurboTax Retail Expert to work on-site at a TurboTax Retail or Flagship location across the United States. You will provide hands-on tax preparation, advice, and software support for in-person customers, while growing the local client base and delivering an exceptional customer experience.

Requirements include active EA/CPA or attorney license, PTIN, and at least 3 years of tax-return experience using professional software. Bilingual English/Spanish is a plus.

Qualifications

• Active EA, CPA or attorney license with tax prep experience preferred.
• Active PTIN required to file taxes.
• Must hold or be able to obtain state licenses/certificates.
• Minimum 3 years filing 30+ federal/state 1040s per season with software.
• Familiarity with Circular 230 and onsite work environment.

Responsibilities

• Provide hands-on tax advice and complete tax returns for customers.
• Conduct discovery sessions to identify deductions and plan for the future.
• Deliver accurate tax solutions using government sources and team input.
• Create an exceptional in-person customer experience and build trust.
