Intuit is seeking TurboTax Retail Experts to work onsite at a TurboTax Retail or Flagship location across the United States. You will provide full-service tax preparation, advice, and software support to in-person customers, serving as a trusted advisor in the community.

The role emphasizes local market growth, client acquisition, and long-term relationships, with marketing support and access to TurboTax tools. Onsite presence is required, with part-time to full-time hours as demand dictates.

Qualifications

• Active EA, CPA, or attorney license required with strong tax prep experience.
• PTIN on file and ability to obtain state licenses as needed.
• 3+ years of paid federal/state individual returns with professional software.

Responsibilities

• Be the proactive community ambassador for TurboTax locally.
• Provide hands-on tax advice and complete tax returns for customers.
• Deliver exceptional customer experience and build long-term relationships.
