Intuit, Inc. seeks TurboTax Retail Experts to work on-site at TurboTax Retail or Flagship locations across the United States. You will provide full-service tax preparation, tax advice, and product support, while growing the local client base and delivering a memorable customer experience.

The role emphasizes on-site presence, in-person service, and building long-term relationships with clients. A strong tax background and community engagement are valued, with bilingual skills as a plus.

Qualifications

• Active, unrestricted EA, CPA, or attorney license with tax preparation experience.
• PTIN required to file taxes.
• Minimum 3 years of paid experience filing 30+ federal/state 1040s per season with professional software.
• Must be able to obtain state licenses or bonds as needed.

• Be a proactive community ambassador, representing TurboTax locally and engaging prospects.
• Provide hands-on tax advice and complete preparation services for customers.
