Job summary

Intuit seeks on-site TurboTax Retail Experts to advise customers, prepare taxes, and deliver a best-in-class experience at TurboTax Retail or Flagship locations across the United States. You will engage with the community, lead discovery sessions, and help clients maximise refunds with professional tax guidance.

A CPA/EA or attorney license, PTIN, and state licenses are required; bilingual English/Spanish is a plus.

Qualifications

• Active, unrestricted EA, CPA, or attorney license with strong tax preparation experience.
• Must have aPTIN to file taxes.
• Must possess or be able to obtain related State licenses, certificates, permits, or bonds.
• Minimum of 3 years of paid experience filing 30+ federal and state individual 1040 tax returns per tax season using professional tax software.
• Familiarity with Circular 230.
• Willing to work onsite at a TurboTax retail or flagship location, Sundays–Saturdays, at least 20 hours/week.
• Bilingual English/Spanish a plus.
• Experience in holistic tax advisory services beyond tax filing.
• Willing to wear a TurboTax uniform.
• Willing to work in a front-facing retail environment.

Responsibilities

• Be a proactive community ambassador representing TurboTax locally.
• Provide hands-on tax advice and complete preparation services for TurboTax customers.
• Facilitate discovery sessions and tax reviews to maximize deductions and refunds.
• Deliver an exceptional customer experience with professionalism and trust.
• Build long-term relationships and engage with customers both in-person and via video tools.
