Job summary

Intuit is seeking highly motivated TurboTax Retail Experts to join our on-site retail or flagship locations across the United States. You will serve as a trusted advisor, delivering tax expertise and a best-in-class customer experience while engaging with the local community.

The role requires active tax licenses (EA/CPA/attorney), PTIN, and 3+ years of tax filing experience, with a willingness to work onsite and represent TurboTax in marketing initiatives. Bilingual English/Spanish is a plus.

Qualifications

• Active, unrestricted EA, CPA, or attorney license with strong tax preparation experience.
• Have an active PTIN as required by law to file taxes.
• Must possess or be able to obtain state licenses, certificates, permits, or bonds.
• Minimum of 3 years of paid experience filing 30+ federal and state individual 1040 returns per season.
• Familiarity with Circular 230.
• Must be comfortable working onsite at a TurboTax retail or flagship location, Sunday through Saturday, for a minimum of 20 hours per week.

Responsibilities

• Provide hands-on tax advice and preparation services for TurboTax customers.
• Facilitate discovery sessions and tax reviews to uncover deductions and plan for future taxes.
• Deliver exceptional customer experience and build long-term client relationships.
• Represent TurboTax locally and engage with the community and local marketing efforts.
