Job summary

Intuit is seeking TurboTax Retail Experts to work onsite at TurboTax Retail or Flagship locations across the United States. You will provide in-person tax preparation, tax advice, and software support, serving as a trusted advisor in the community.

You’ll engage with prospects, grow the local client base, and collaborate with TurboTax marketing to attract new clients while delivering a best-in-class customer experience.

Qualifications

• Minimum 3 years of paid experience filing 30+ federal and state 1040 tax returns per tax season using professional tax preparation software.
• Active PTIN required by law to file taxes.
• Must reside in the United States and be able to work onsite at a TurboTax location.
• Experience in holistic tax advisory services beyond tax filing.
• Must wear a TurboTax uniform and work in a front-facing retail environment.
• Bilingual English/Spanish is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Represent TurboTax locally as a public face and trusted advisor in the community.
• Nurture prospects, convert leads into long-term clients, and support local marketing.
• Provide hands-on tax advice and complete preparation services for customers.
• Deliver accurate tax solutions and explain tax concepts in clear language.
• Grow TurboTax client base through community engagement and referrals.
