Job summary

Intuit is seeking TurboTax - Retail Experts to work on-site at TurboTax Retail or Flagship locations. You will advise customers, prepare tax returns, and support local outreach to grow the client base while delivering top-tier customer service.

Qualifications

• Active, unrestricted EA, CPA, or attorney license with strong tax preparation experience.
• PTIN required to file taxes.
• Must possess or be able to obtain state licenses or bonds.
• Minimum 3 years of tax return filing experience (30+ returns per season).
• Familiarity with Circular 230.

Responsibilities

• Provide hands-on tax advice and prepare returns for TurboTax customers, from simple to complex situations.
• Conduct discovery sessions and tax reviews to maximize deductions and refunds.
• Deliver exceptional customer experiences in-person, building trust and loyalty.
