Job summary

Intuit, Inc. is seeking TurboTax Retail Experts to assist customers in-person at TurboTax Retail or Flagship locations across the United States.

You will provide full-service tax preparation, tax advice, calculations, and software support, engaging with clients to build long-term relationships in the community. The role requires active tax credentials (EA/CPA/Attorney), 3+ years of filing experience, and willingness to work on-site 20+ hours per week, including weekends.

Qualifications

• Active, unrestricted EA, CPA, or attorney license with strong tax preparation experience.
• PTIN required to file taxes.
• Must possess or obtain related state licenses or bonds.
• Minimum of 3 years of paid experience filing 30+ federal/state 1040 returns per season using professional tax software.
• Familiarity with Circular 230.
• Must be onsite at a TurboTax retail/flagship location 20+ hours/week.

Responsibilities

• Provide hands-on tax advice and complete preparation services for TurboTax customers, handling simple to complex tax situations.
• Conduct discovery sessions and tax reviews to uncover deductions and optimize refunds.
• Deliver clear, personalized tax solutions using government sites, professional tools, and team expertise.
