Job summary

Intuit is seeking TurboTax Retail Experts to work on-site at a TurboTax Retail or Flagship location in the United States. You will serve in-person clients, provide full-service tax preparation and advice, and build a local client base in collaboration with TurboTax marketing.

Ideal candidates have 3+ years of tax prep experience, an active EA/CPA/attorney license, and are comfortable working in a front-facing retail environment. This role supports community engagement and client growth.

Qualifications

• Active, unrestricted EA, CPA or attorney license with strong tax prep experience.
• Must possess or be able to obtain PTIN to file taxes.
• Must be able to obtain state licenses, certificates, permits, or bonds.
• Minimum of 3 years of paid experience filing 1040s (federal and state).
• Familiarity with Circular 230.
• Comfortable working onsite at a TurboTax location, Sunday–Saturday, for ≥20 hours/week.

Responsibilities

• Provide hands-on tax advice and complete preparation services for TurboTax customers, handling personal and business tax situations.
• Facilitate discovery sessions and tax reviews to uncover deductions, minimize liabilities, maximize refunds, and provide future tax planning advice.
• Deliver exceptional customer experience with professionalism and focus on helping clients meet financial goals.
• Build local client base and relationships, leveraging TurboTax marketing support and tools.
