Job summary

Intuit is seeking energetic TurboTax Retail Experts to work onsite at TurboTax Retail or Flagship locations nationwide. You will provide full-service tax preparation and advice, serve clients in person, and grow the local TurboTax client base with marketing and outreach efforts.

You’ll engage customers, conduct discovery, and deliver accurate tax solutions in an approachable way, aiming to convert first-time customers into lasting relationships.

Qualifications

• Active, unrestricted EA, CPA, or attorney license with strong tax preparation experience.
• PTIN required to file taxes.
• Must possess or be able to obtain related State licenses or bonds.
• Minimum 3 years of paid tax filing experience (30+ returns).
• Familiarity with Circular 230.
• Onsite work at TurboTax retail/flagship location, 20+ hours per week.
• Willing to wear a TurboTax uniform and work in a front-facing retail environment.

Responsibilities

• Proactively represent TurboTax locally and grow client base in the community.
• Provide hands-on tax advice and complete preparation services.
• Deliver exceptional customer experience and build long-term relationships.
