Job summary

Intuit, Inc. seeks TurboTax - Retail Experts to work on-site at TurboTax Retail or Flagship locations across the United States. You will provide in-person tax preparation, expert advice, and client relationship building while representing TurboTax in the local community.

Ideal candidates hold an active EA/CPA/attorney license with PTAIN and at least 3 years of paid tax prep experience. You will wear a TurboTax uniform and engage customers in a front-facing retail environment.

Qualifications

• Active, unrestricted EA, CPA, or attorney license.
• Active PTIN required to file taxes.
• Must be comfortable working onsite at a TurboTax location.
• Minimum 3 years of paid tax preparation experience.
• Familiarity with Circular 230.
• Willing to wear a TurboTax uniform.
• Front-facing retail environment experience.

Responsibilities

• Be a proactive community ambassador, engaging with the local market and building trust as the face of TurboTax.
• Provide hands-on tax advice and complete preparation services for TurboTax customers.
• Deliver a best-in-class experience by guiding customers, answering inquiries, and ensuring satisfaction.
